This course is a follow on from the beginners contemporary dance class taking you deeper into the revolutionary Cunningham based contemporary dance techniques.
You will continue to move in previously unimagined ways, while developing your posture, balance and co-ordination.
By now, you’ll really be getting the most out of your body, perhaps even innovating the dance world as you go!

Something to Think About
It’s an active class so there’s one or two extras we need you to buy for a dance class.
Women: Comfortable tracksuit, jazz pants that you can stretch in.
Men: Comfortable tracksuit, jazz pants that you can stretch in.
Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water too.
