Street Dance Styles
Commercial is the style you will see danced by backing dancers for artists like Britney Spears, and on programmes such as X Factor. This style of Street Dance is based around technique, and is fused with Jazz dance. It is normally a faster and less relaxed style than Urban Street Dance.
Our Urban Street Dance styles are based on street technique, with attitude. It has an urban feel and is more relaxed than Commercial. Urban Street Dance is a story told through movement, and is danced to music such as Beyoncé and Chris Brown. There are a lot more isolations and smooth moves involved in Urban Street Dance.
