Presentation Skills Course Description
This course provides an overview of how to improve communication skills by using proven techniques from the performing arts. The tutor will explore understanding body language and voice and to decipher and react to that of others. The course is comprised of carefully developed exercises culled from the rehearsal room and film-set: whether it’s learning relaxation techniques, honing creative thinking through drama improvisation, problem-solving through role-play or increasing your impact through script-work.

How our Presentation Skills Class is Taught
In this practical and dynamic class, students will be taught Acting through
- Explanation, demonstration, suggestion, direction, repetition, revision and practising.
- Pair work and solo work to consolidate learning
- Hand-out / copies of written material to support practical learning
Additional Information Wearing comfortable clothes and a bringing a bottle of water is recommended. Scripts will be provided.

 Feedback to Confirm Progress Students will receive continual feedback from the tutor throughout the course. There will also be many opportunities for self-assessment and peer assessment. At the end of the course your tutor will assess the progress you have made.
