Rock n Roll / Jive is a lively, uninhibited and very physical version of the Jitterbug. These dances are all considered to be part of the Swing dance family. It originated in the United States from African American dances from the 1940’s. If you want to learn the practical basics of this energetic couple’s dance or find an alternative to getting fit, this course is for you.
