Taster - Ballet Beginners
Have you always wanted to try Ballet, well here’s your chance, learn in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere without the obligatory leotard or tutu. Ballet, as well as being both a beautiful and technical dance, is more importantly great fun and a perfect way to keep yourself in shape.
Everyone's welcome, so book yourself in and come on down to get a flavour for the course!
Something to think about
City Academy will provide any necessary hand outs and fact sheets, but there are a few additional costs involved in a ballet class. There's some extra kit you may need to buy.
Both men and women will need:
Soft ballet shoes, leotard and tights/ tight fitting clothes (no flared or baggy trousers of tops)
Don't forget to bring a bottle of water, it's thirsty work.
Notebook (optional)
Tutor will provide information on the best shops / websites from which to buy your ballet clothes.
