“My team had a great time in the personal Presence and Impact workshop. We had an engaging, fun and encouraging trainer. We would highly recommend the course. It was a great time for us as a team, that is spread out across the world and working with multiple stakeholders, to spend time reflecting on our practice and identify ways we can have more and greater impact.”

Our Approach

Presence and Impact focuses on practical skills to improve self-confidence and personal effectiveness. Communicating presence and making an impact is a key business skill: it means having the confidence to express your personality and gaining your colleagues’ trust and respect.

Actors have been trained to be consciously aware of the impressions they give so that they can deliver a clear performance that will hold the audience’s attention. The transferable skills for business are clear and the world of the performing arts has a wealth of techniques in this field.

  • Understand non-verbal cues that allow you to better understand colleagues and clients
  • Utilise practical techniques to master nerves and overcome inhibitions in everyday situations
  • Explore vocal and physical communication in a series of targeted exercises
  • Establish personal gravitas through roleplay with detailed feedback
  • Build confidence in a supportive, experiential setting
