Returning to the workplace after having taken a substantial amount of time away can be a daunting and stressful process. Our Returning to Work programme will help you settle back into the work environment by renewing your confidence and dusting off those professional skills.
When you've been away, arriving back in the office can ruffle a few feathers. Those that have been managing your workload and responsibilities may feel displaced, and your skills may need to be refreshed.
During our back to work training, you will work with a Corporate Communication Specialist with years of experience helping individuals get back into the corporate routine. They will guide you through the first few steps of your transition, providing techniques to help you deal with any anxiety or apprehension you may feel.
You will also be given the opportunity to practice your professional skills with individuals in a similar situation as yourself and get used to being in workplace situations once again. This includes communicating ideas and expressing your opinion, as well as participating and leading meetings without conflict.
By the end of the course you will have learnt how to mould back into your professional role with ease, understanding the impact on others and helping you to achieve a seamless transition back into your work environment.
