“I lead a multinational and multilingual finance team based in Denmark, Germany and the UK. We were looking for a fun and engaging activity, something for us to bond and get to know one another on a more personal level. We approached City Academy for some creative ideas and went with the theme of Improvisation. We had a very well planned and executed workshop – it was a fantastic experience for us and one that we are still talking about.”
Undoubtedly one of our most enjoyable team experiences, City Academy’s Improv Ignite is also one of the most useful. Under the eye of a professional acting coach, each session introduces and develops a plethora of new skills. Improvisation requires being 100% present in the moment. You’ll learn heightened listening skills, efficiency, trust, innovative thinking, fast-paced decision-making and a positive attitude – all skills with direct relevance for the workplace.
Through a series of acting games and exercises involving word-play, body language and group storytelling, your team will be put through their creative paces.
