Medium and Message

Technology is rapidly changing the way that we communicate with each other.  As a result we are often faced with a wealth of choice as to the medium through which we communicate – be it face-to-face, via text, email, phone or video call, or within meetings or group settings. 

This module focuses on how to communicate effectively across this range of options, and which medium to choose dependent on the message that needs to be conveyed.

We can tailor this module to your team in a variety of ways – be it for graduate intakes or leadership development. This module works well with our Building your Network module, as well as our Voice Training module.

Medium and Message Skills Development:

Exact course content may differ depending on your needs (and you can choose to focus on one area in particular), but topics covered will generally include:
