Help & FAQ's - What do I do if I am unable to attend a course that I have booked?

If you can no longer attend a course, then please get in touch and we’ll be happy to transfer your booking onto an alternative date or offer course credit for the value of the booking. We can only transfer you if you let us know before the start date of your course.
