Firm and burn as you stretch and tone a lean, strong silhouette through body-conditioning and low-impact cardio.
Barre Sculpt combines ballet technique with Pilates and yoga to help you build the strength and poise of a dancer.
This is an enjoyable, high-energy online fitness course suitable for anyone looking to enhance their overall fitness.

You will need
- A device with Camera and Microphone
- 2 metres squared to move in
- Comfortable Clothes
- Something to use as a barre – a chair back or window sill would work.
- Yoga Mat and Resistance band, and a small Pilates ball for added intensity.
- Beginner Friendly
- Small Group Sizes
A note on participation: Enhancing these skills requires practical and active participation. As this is an interactive, group class all students will be required to have their videos turned on.
