Our energetic all-round Online Belly Dance Beginners Classes are a fantastic way to maintain an overall level of fitness.
Led by a professional dancer, you’ll enjoy a lively introduction to the addictive art of belly dancing.
You’ll learn the basic moves and isolations needed to improve your posture and upper body strength, using core drills to tone abs, thighs and glutes. This sensual and dynamic dance lesson is ideal for anyone looking to develop their flexibility and strengthen abdominal muscles.

- A device with Camera and Microphone
- 2 metres squared to move in
- Comfortable Clothes
- Barefeet or socks-only.
A note on participation: Enhancing these skills requires practical and active participation. As this is an interactive, group class all students will be required to have their videos turned on.
