High energy fitness class for all

Get moving and enjoy an endorphin-rushing, energizing, full-body workout set to the beat of the music.

Join us for this high energy Online Burn on Beat Fitness Class and build endurance and strength in short classes. Squat, lunge, crunch, jump and plank your way to fitness to the tune of some serious beats.

Each fitness class will build on from the last as you move in sync with your classmates and the music.

These body weight sessions will have you working out to the beat, keeping you motivated and smiling throughout.

Your tutor’s positive vibes will keep you going in this enjoyable fitness class tailored to the pace of the group.

In this fitness class you will
  • Build endurance and stamina
  • Learn to work to the beat of the music
  • Build strength
  • Learn new ways to use bodyweight for workouts
  • Work on coordination skills
You will need
  • A device with Camera and Microphone
  • 2 metres squared to move in
  • Comfortable Clothes

A note on participation: Enhancing these skills requires practical and active participation. As this is an interactive, group class all students will be required to have their videos turned on.
