Get set for a workout you’ll look forward to. Led by professional fitness instructors, our Online Dance Fitness Bootcamp helps you stay fit and revitalise your body.
After a short, energetic workout focused on engaging your core, you will learn choreographed moves in a safe and inclusive online setting. You’ll then combine the various moves into a short dance sequence. Each workout is set to upbeat tunes to get your body moving and your blood flowing.
This fun and enjoyable online dance lesson will encourage you to work your core, strengthen your body, and pull some shapes along the way.

You will need
- A device with a camera and microphone.
- 2 metres squared to move in
- Comfortable clothes so you can move freely.
- Trainers, bare feet or socks-only.
- Beginner Friendly
- Small Group Sizes
A note on participation: Enhancing these skills requires practical and active participation. As this is an interactive, group class all students will be required to have their videos turned on.
