Need some time out from your daily routine but struggling to make space for yourself?
Our stress levels are amplified by the collective ‘holding’ that we do around uncertain times. Stress impacts our physical and emotional health, affecting the way we think and feel. Our Online Movement and Meditation Classes can help you rekindle your natural capacity for creative self-expression.
Using BioEnergetic techniques, you’ll learn how to reset your nervous system, reduce stress and restore vitality and flow. Your expert tutor is on hand to encourage reflection and integration in an inclusive virtual space.

A note on participation: Enhancing these skills requires practical and active participation. As this is an interactive, group online fitness course all students will be required to have their videos turned on.
