MEET YOUR TUTOR

Cristina qualified as an Alexander Technique teacher in London in 2005, and is now a member of The Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT).

She was captivated by the potential of the human body and its ability to overcome pain - especially when she herself developed acute back pain while studying to become a laboratory technician.

Cristina believes in the passionately in the technique, and credits it for transforming her life - she feels much better now than she did in her early 20's.

Motivated by her own experience of self-empowerment through learning the Alexander Technique, she is passionate to share her teaching to others.
