Bryony is a dancer, who teaches contemporary and ballet. She was born and raised in Kingston Upon Hull and began dancing at the LWHS school of dance. At 16 she moved to London to train at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary dance.
Upon graduation she joined Ballet National de Marseille under the direction of Emio Greco & Pieter C. Sholten before returning to the UK as a freelance artist has worked with Shobana Jeyasingh Dance, Watkins Dance Company, Arielle Smith & Jamiel Laurence.
In 2018, Bryony joined New Adventures making her debut in Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake 2018/19 tour. She played Dorcas and Juliet in the UK 2019 Tour of Romeo and Juliet and most recently played the role of Svetlana in the 2019/20 revival of Matthew Bourne’s production of The Red Shoes.
Bryony began teaching on tour but the real opportunity to teach came when the Covid-19 pandemic hit. She has spent much of her time building connections and now teaches online regularly for City Academy.
