Carrie trained in London at the Tring Park School for the Performing Arts. She then went on to complete her Professional Dancers’ Teaching Diploma at the Royal Academy of Arts (RAD), gaining Distinction.

Carrie has performed in the Birmingham Royal Ballet with soloist roles, as well as the Phantom of the Opera as the ballet chorus, and in the theatre production of Jekyll & Hyde. She also dances in the Disney film The Nutcracker and the Four Realms.

She has lots of experience teaching, having taught classes for Matthew Bourne’s Company New Adventures, The Royal Academy of Dance, English National Ballet School Juniors, The Urdang Academy and London Studio Centre.

As a highly experienced ballet instructor, her classes are fun while maintaining structure in a supportive environment. “I really enjoy the collaboration between student and teacher and getting people to love ballet while watching their improvement.”
