James Wallwork

James trained as an actor at LAMDA and has gone on to work extensively in theatre, television and film. Most recently performing in New York, with a production that transferred from The Crucible Theatre, Sheffield.

With over ten years experience working in the corporate sector, James has worked with business leaders from all over the world, inspiring change and engaging important debate through drama. Training through role play, forum theatre and workshop facilitation is something he is incredibly passionate about and believes it can hold the key to breaking through difficult subject matters and various barriers.

With sessions that are engaging and fun, James makes learning and development much more interactive. Showing examples through using actors and creating scenes, or simply practicing difficult conversations with business people who want to refine their skills in tricky conversations, James’ classes are very interactive and get people thinking.

“It’s all about sparking debate and making sure people leave feeling like they’ve got something out of it, that they can then go and practice in their work. Everyone is different, but we all share common goals and common fears. I like finding out what makes people tick and then working with them to unlock and hopefully improve them in some way.”
