Oli is a freelance writer with multiple projects in development including drama, sitcom and children’s television. He is currently working on sci-fi drama Serfers with Noho Film and Television and Channel 4, as well as developing several other shows including sitcoms Rent Girls, Itch and Do-Gooders.
Oli studied Film-making at the London Film Academy and has a Masters in Creative and Life Writing from Goldsmiths. While completing his Masters, his novel in progress – Behind the Fridge – was nominated for the Pat Kavanagh Award for Creative Writing. Oli has been busy working in the TV industry for several years and has worked with BBC Comedy as well as renowned production companies including Lime Pictures, Feel Good Fiction and Roughcut.
Oli is a passionate tutor and passes this enthusiasm on to his students. He aims to give his students a basic framework that they can later build on to reflect their own individual analysis and voice, and to provide his students with the tools and confidence to move forward with their projects.
