Stephanie originally trained as a dancer at the prestigious Urdang Academy. While training and working as a dancer, Steph regularly practiced Pilates as a way to keep fit, relaxed and to prevent injury. After years of seeing the benefits, she decided to become a qualified Pilates and Barre instructor, and now works primarily as a dance and fitness choreographer.
During her seven year dance career, Stephanie worked abroad on a range of live shows, corporate gigs and tours. She has also worked in London, performing in music videos (with artists including Matt Cardle and Jessie J), TV and theatre shows. Steph’s Barre classes are fun and energetic, and help improve balance, posture, fitness and flexibility.
