With weekly evening rehearsals and regular performances throughout the year, our Diva Dance Company aims to be one of the most exciting diva performance groups in London.
WHO CAN JOIN?
The Diva Dance Company is for those who have completed a Diva or Street Dance course at City Academy, the equivalent, or who have experience in diva dance performance.
HOW TO JOIN
If you’re interested in joining the Diva Dance Company simple book a class starting soon in the timetable below. In the class you’ll take part in a regular company rehearsal in a relaxed setting, giving you the perfect chance to meet the rest of the group in action. Following the class, we’ll email with an invitation to join the company or suggestions for further training. The purpose of the session is so that you can meet the Company Director as well as get an idea of what membership entails and the level of performance involved.
Membership provides the opportunity to perform at a number of events throughout the year. This includes the group’s own dedicated concerts as well as performing as guests at some of City Academy’s other events.

The Diva Dance Company perform twice a year.

Company members are welcoming, passionate and sociable. We are always looking for new members - so if you have a love of performing and are looking to develop your diva technique, book a class here and join the company for a fun evening rehearsal.
COMPANY MEMBERSHIP
The membership fee is £80 per month and is charged for 12 months of the year. There is a minimum membership period of 3 months. This will cover you for all rehearsals and shows for the duration of your membership. (Note: Additional cost for costumes will be decided amongst the company each year and will be kept at a minimum.)
If you wish to cancel your membership please email info@city-academy.com with 14 days’ notice to your next payment date.

Membership to the Company will cover you for weekly classes from your joining date. The Company rehearses throughout the year, with a two break over Christmas.
To make membership fees more manageable, these breaks are accounted for within your monthly instalments across the year. This means there are no breaks in your monthly payments.

Cancellations Policy
We offer a full refund or full credit if you cancel at least 72 hours before your first Company rehearsal.
We cannot offer any refund if you cancel less than 72 hours before your first Company rehearsal.

No Venue
All City Academy tutors are experienced professionals from theatre, film/TV and performance industries. So whilst they're training you they may also be rehearsing for a West End show or working on a movie. We like that and we do believe it makes a difference in class.
