Inspired by ballet, Pilates and yoga, Barre is a low-impact workout that strengthens, tones and stretches your body through controlled, flowing movement. Suitable for all fitness levels, it's a fantastic way to improve posture, balance and core strength while leaving every class feeling stronger, more energised and ready for whatever comes next.
Led by experienced dance professionals, our classes combine expert guidance with a warm, supportive atmosphere. No dance experience is needed.
