City Academy’s Piano Lessons - Level 2 are aimed at students who wish to build upon previous piano training and/or experience. Our music class will focus on solidifying technique, widening repertoire knowledge across a number of genres and developing musicality and understanding of intricate melodies.
Our course is taught in groups to build your confidence, but you will also have plenty of opportunity to play solos and receive individual feedback in a safe and creative environment.
Piano Lessons Level 2 - Course Content
Course content may vary depending on the group, but generally during lessons you will practise on keyboards and receive piano tuition on:
- Developing your knowledge and ability to play chord progressions and key signatures
- Practice playing solo works
- Developing your music theory knowledge
- Further develop your improvisational skills and musical terminology knowledge
Like all of our piano lessons, whilst you play together, our piano teacher will also give you individual feedback on your progress. Every student will have an individual keyboard to practice with each week. Must be 18+, Conversational English.
