Home Practice Access course materials online, giving you the opportunity to practise and prepare between sessions. Informal Showcase Share your work with friends and family in the final session, celebrating your progress in a supportive setting. What should I wear to class? Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely during dance and movement work.
