No, this course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some performance experience.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You will be up on your feet for many of the exercises.
No preparation is required. All exercises, games and scene work will be introduced during the sessions.
Yes, but always in a supportive and encouraging environment. Many exercises are done in pairs or small groups to help build confidence.
