Our Musical Theatre Company is a unique opportunity to take to the stage in a central London theatre. Learn your craft in musical theatre as part of a performing ensemble.
The Musical Theatre Company is one of our longest running companies. They have been performing together for just over a decade, since the first production of Rent in 2012. Since then, this ongoing group performs twice a year, a Christmas musical theatre-themed pantomime and a full musical production in the summer. These are both staged in a large theatre with full technical production, a professional environment with an expert creative team consisting of a director, musical director and choreographer.
The company is a welcoming, fun and passionate group who love musical theatre, and new members are welcomed with open arms!

THE WITCHES OF EASTWICK- SUMMER SHOW 2026
City Academy’s Musical Theatre Company proudly presents The Witches of Eastwick, the devilishly clever musical comedy by John Dempsey and Dana Rowe, based on the iconic novel by John Updike.
Set in a sleepy New England town, this bold, bewitching show follows three strong-willed women whose lives are turned upside down by the arrival of one enigmatic (and undeniably wicked) stranger. With a heart-pounding score, razor-sharp humour, and a supernatural twist, The Witches of Eastwick is a wickedly entertaining tale of desire, power, and unexpected sisterhood.
Expect dazzling performances, show-stopping numbers, and spellbinding storytelling from our talented cast of adult performers

Darlings, fasten your seatbelts, fluff those wigs, and ready yourselves for PUSS IN BOOTS. A panto served with a side of sparkle and a whole lot of attitude! Pip, a down-on-his-luck miller’s son, inherits a cat, Puss, who rocks magical boots like it’s the Met Gala. With this feline fashionista extraordinaire, Pip is ready to take on a world of ogres, royals, and nefarious plots. Transforming drab into fab, Puss sashays his way through the land of Bohemia sprinkling sequins and sass wherever they go, turning heads and breaking hearts.
Will Pip learn to werk it enough to win the Princess’s heart? Will Pip’s mum, Dame Mandy Miller ever find love again? And honey, is that ogre even ready for this jelly? With high heels, high notes, and higher stakes, City Academy’s next panto is a whirlwind of glam, giggles, and good old-fashioned glow ups. This is Puss in Boots, and sugar, the runway is open!
