Yes - this course is best suited to those who have completed a beginners course or have some basic dance experience.
Improvers focuses more on refining technique, learning longer routines, and developing performance quality, rather than just learning the basics.
There’s no formal performance, but you’ll work on full routines and develop the confidence to perform in class.
Comfortable workout clothes and trainers or dance sneakers. You’ll want to be able to move freely.
It’s more energetic than beginners, but still accessible. You’ll build stamina and strength as the course progresses.
