Our Musical Theatre Ballet Lessons are designed to improve your dance skills with a fun and engaging approach to ballet technique.

Ballet is an important part of musical theatre training, as it develops the technique, strength, posture, alignment, and coordination that support many other dance styles, including jazz, contemporary, modern, and tap. This 4-week Musical Theatre Ballet course will introduce you to the fundamentals of ballet, helping you build confidence, improve your technique, and develop a greater understanding of movement that you can apply across your musical theatre training.

The 2 hour sessions will combine a comprehensive ballet class, with barre work, centre practise, jumps and turns, all to your favourite show tunes. With a ballet based choreographed Musical Theatre routine that will close with a conditioning session to improve your strength and flexibility, you will experience technique the fun way!

Musical Theatre Ballet is perfect for Musical Theatre students to improve their dance skills as well as ballet students wanting to try a different approach to it, focusing more on choreography and performance along to a unconventional soundtrack to the standard ballet experience.

This course is suitable for absolute beginners and students with previous dance experience.
