Learning how to influence and persuade others within challenging work contexts is a skill that has long been important, but which is becoming increasingly essential as teams become more integrated, global and cross-industry or cross-sector. 

On this module participants will learn how to develop your style of leadership, prepare for difficult negotiations, master the art of conflict resolution, and create win-win scenarios and actionable outcomes for all.

This module fits well with the Presence and Impact module and/or Public Speaking module.

Influencing Skills Development
