Sales & Customer Service Manager

Job Description

Seeking a Sales and Customer Service Manager who is personable, driven, and highly motivated with a proven track record of success and a positive attitude. You will be a pro-active, organised multitasker who enjoys working in a fast paced team environment.

The student experience team is responsible for managing sales and enrolling students in our wide range of performing and creative arts courses. As their Manager, you will lead the team to provide exceptional customer service. You will be answering enquiries from new and existing students providing excellent customer service and encouraging your team to upsell to hit monthly targets.

The role involves:

  • Managing our sales and customer service team
  • Proactive sales projects
  • Building retention through customer service
  • Working with our programming team to maximise sales opportunities
  • Reviewing and responding to student feedback
  • Dealing with detractors / repairing relationships
  • Managerial administration tasks
  • Building and managing team rotas
  • Holding appraisals and giving regular feedback
  • Enquiry handling

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Experience building relationships with both consumers and businesses
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Highly organised
  • Computer literate
  • Fast learner
  • Positive attitude
  • Open to constructive feedback

Experience in the following would be useful but is not essential:

  • Salesforce - CRM
  • Xero - Invoicing
  • Livechat
  • Klaviyo

SPECIFICATIONS:

Position Type: Permanent

Hours: 37.5hrs hour per week, Monday - Friday

Flexible Weekly Hours with occasional weekend work:

Time: Varied shift patterns (including 08:30 - 17:00 | 09:00 - 17:30 | 11:30 - 20:00 | 14:00 - 22:30)

Salary range: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Location: Clerkenwell, London
