Improv classes
Audra Goffeney has been improvising for over a decade. A former company member of Unexpected Productions and co-founder of Girls with Power Tools (Improvised Lifetime Original Movies) in Seattle, Audra is an expert in the genre and big emotion led improvised storytelling.
Since moving to London, Audra directed a number of improvised shows across the UK, including The Owls are Not What They Seem (Improvised Twin Peaks), Garden Society (Improvised Stories of Semi- Fictional Inspirational Women) and Piggyback London (Stand Up and Improv Combined).
As well as directing, Audra is an experienced performer and has appeared in numerous Nursery Originals, including Behind the Scenes at Studio Mandelbrot, The Hero’s Journey and The Owls are Not What They Seem and is a member of the Nursery house team, Parkin.
As a highly experienced inprov coach, Audra’s classes are fun, physical and engaging, with plenty of room to make mistakes. She loves watching students embrace failure and rediscover play.
