Carole Edrich is an experienced photographer and photo journalist, with a special interest in performance, movement and near-darkness photography. As well as a permanent installation at The George, Wanstead, Carole is in her 7th year as Guest Artist at Restaurant Zero Sette, and is working on her fifth book. She is frequently commissioned to do cover shoots, portraits, advertising and photo features, and has been involved in producing academic literature.
Whether it’s traditional flamenco, music, theatre, ballet, ultra-modern dance, extreme and endurance sports or cutting edge performances, Carole uses photography to capture the perspectives, behaviours and motivations of everyone involved.
Carole has worked on a number of exciting projects, including the largest Aboriginal dance festival in the world in North Western Australia and contributed images to the prestigious 10th Anniversary Annual of the International Flamenco Festival. She regularly provides photography for front covers and content for theatre and festival programmes, advertising and exhibition stands at venues such as Sadler’s Wells and the 2007 Barcelona Tango Festival.
Marc Zakian is an experienced travel photographer and writer. He produces lead images and portraits for The Guide Magazine and his editorial photos have appeared in The Guardian, The Telegraph and The Times as well as many other magazines across the world.
Marc’s images have also been used in the Insight guide book series on Italy. As a qualified Blue Badge holder for a guide to London, Marc runs regular photography walking tours and combines photography with his extensive knowledge of history and architecture.
