Kylie is a personal trainer, instructor and dancer. She started her career as a dancer and actress after training at Italia Conti, London. She has spent ten years working within the industry both abroad and within the UK.
She is a trained personal trainer and fitness instructor and has taught at many renowned gyms in London. She teaches a variety of classes including Pound, HIIT, Strength, Core, Spin, Reshape and cardio based classes.
Coming from a dance background, music and working with the beat is a big focus in her classes. She believes that fitness is for everybody, any age and any stage and will always ensure that her classes are fully inclusive.
She wants to inspire, motivate, energise her students and help them find their full potential.
