Sioned Saunders trained as a Flautist at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama gaining a BMus Honours Degree. On graduating, John Doyle offered Sioned her first professional role in Amadeus at Wilton’s Music Hall alongside Matthew Kelly. Sioned has subsequently worked as a professional Actor and Actor/Musician for the past 11 years, is a multi-instrumentalist and has numerous credits to her name.

In addition to her performing work, Sioned has a wealth of experience as a singing coach, musical theatre teacher and Musical Director, most recently as Musical Director for A Grand Night For Singing at Guildford School of Acting and Oklahoma at Curve, Leicester.

Some of her acting credits include theatre performances in Made In Dagenham (Queen’s Theatre & New Wolsey Theatre), The Witches (The Curve & UK Tour), Susan Miller in Calamity Jane (The Watermill & No 1 Tour), Bagheera in Jungle Book (Lyric Theatre, Belfast) and Mollie in Animal Farm (West Yorkshire Playhouse). She also has experience in television as a presenter and on the BBC series Casualty
