Step into the world of ballet with confidence and creativity in our five and seven day Ballet Intensive course, specially designed for dancers at an elementary to intermediate level. This comprehensive course is the perfect opportunity to deepen your understanding of ballet technique, build confidence in your movement, and explore the rich tradition of classical dance in an inclusive and encouraging environment.

Throughout the course, you’ll be guided by our expert Ballet tutors who will help you develop your technique, musicality, and expression. The course blends physical training with creative learning, allowing you to explore repertoire from famous ballets such as Swan Lake and Sleeping Beauty while gaining insight into ballet’s history and terminology.

Each day includes structured ballet classes, barre and centre practice, targeted exercises to improve balance and control, and choreography workshops that nurture your performance skills. Whether you're returning to ballet after some time away, or looking to take your skills to the next level, this course offers the ideal balance of challenge and support.

All City Academy tutors are experienced professionals from theatre, film/TV and performance industries. So whilst they're training you they may also be rehearsing for a West End show or working on a movie. We like that and we do believe it makes a difference in class.
