Carmina is a Vancouver-born and London-based actor, writer, director and freelance script reader. Graduating with Distinction from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama’s MA Acting for Screen and receiving a BA in Music Theatre Performance from Capilano University in Vancouver, she has amassed over 15 years industry experience in both Canada and the UK.
She was selected for the inaugural London Library’s Emerging Writers Award in 2019 and in 2020, for New Earth Theatre’s BESEA Professional Writers Programme.
She has completed writing commissions for the Science Museum, New Earth Theatre and the London Library.
As an actor, she has worked with notable companies such as Tara Theatre, New Diorama and New Earth Theatre, and is represented by New Wonder Management. As a creator, she takes ideas from conception to successful completion and has multiple short films, digital content, and theatre shows under her belt. She currently reads for Sky Original Films.
