
Kristin Winters is a Croatian-American multidisciplinary theatre maker and actor, based in London and working internationally. She is the founder of Bound By Theatre and a founding member of the UK–US company Invulnerable Nothings.
As a performer, Kristin is best known for her award-winning solo role as Grace in Lovefool, originally produced by the Théâtre National du Luxembourg. She recently appeared as Dinarzade in Scheherazade, A Tale—a new narrated recording of Rimsky-Korsakov’s ballet—and starred in the Bosnian feature film Djeda Mraz u Bosni (When Santa Was a Communist).
As a creator and performer, her debut piece Ghislaine/Gabler won Best International Play at the United Solo Awards. More recently, Not Saint Hildegard (formerly Hildegard) was Offie-nominated following its Work-in-Progress sharing at VAULT Festival 2023.
Alongside her performance career, Kristin is dedicated to teaching and mentoring. She regularly works with students at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, offers self-tape coaching, and leads devising workshops for emerging theatre makers.
