Madeleine Walker

Madeleine Walker

Madeleine trained at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (MA Acting 2017-18) after reading Classics at Oxford. She has worked across stage and screen ever since. As a teacher, she loves helping actors and newcomers alike unlock freedom, presence and a more expansive creative life.

Her acting credits include leading roles in the West End (Delphi in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and Romaine in Witness for the Prosecution) as well as series regular Eliza in Miss Austen (BBC1/Masterpiece PBS). 2026 brings two upcoming TV guest leads for Disney+ and Britbox.

Alongside her acting work, Madeleine is an auditions panellist for Central’s MA Acting programme and the resident yoga teacher at Associated Studios, giving her a strong insight into current drama school training and audition processes. She continues to develop her own craft with the Act Without Acting school (in Bathsheba Garnett’s ‘Simplicity’ technique), and brings that ongoing practice into the room with a teaching style that is playful, collaborative and industry-informed.
