Mark Biocca

Scottish-Italian artist based in London. Mark began his career as a ballet dancer graduating from the Royal Ballet in London and working as a soloist in companies all over the world (Uk, Canada, Hungary, Italy, Portugal) In 2010 he was part of the Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony and 2014 he was a guest performer with the Ladysmith Black Mubaso show NALA (London and Edinburgh).

Moving into theatre he has played many leading roles including: Bernardo in West side story and leading roles in Singing in the Rain, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers Spongebob, Phantom Of the Opera, The Great Gatsby, and Cats. Amongst his TV credits are the 2022 “Polaretti” and “Korber” commercial and 2019 Grolsch. He was the leading actor in the short film “Singing in front of the colosseo” (Elodia cinema) and “Dance your life” (Plaine image). Mark has worked on set for Netflix and recently with Paolo Sorrentino on Queer. Mark is actively involved in the arts community as a coach, choreographer and VO artist. He has taught, choreographed and directed for schools and companies worldwide including: The Royal Ballet School, English Youth Ballet, Prodiges, Lux Holding, Christmas World Italy, Subtext Theatre, Davidoff, Surrey Youth Ballet, Arts in English, Ellington Club.
