
Nadia Porrati is a yoga teacher, mindfulness practitioner, sound healer and personal trainer with over five years’ experience guiding individuals and groups through movement-based wellbeing practices. She holds 500hrs Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), including a 200hr YTT qualification with Yoga London and a 300hr Advanced YTT with Ashley Turner’s Yoga Psyche & Soul. Nadia is also completing a 600hr Yoga Therapy Diploma with the prestigious Minded Institute (UK), having finished the contact hours and dissertation requirements and now finalising her clinical case studies. Her teaching is uplifting and deeply embodied, weaving together mindful vinyasa, breathwork, pranayama, mudras and mantra with modern insights from neuroscience, anatomy and yogic philosophy to support strength, mobility, focus and emotional resilience. Nadia is trained in trauma-sensitive approaches and is known for creating a grounded, welcoming space where students feel safe to explore, restore and reconnect.
Alongside yoga, Nadia is a certified sound healing practitioner and integrates Tibetan bowls and restorative sound practices to encourage nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. She has taught internationally at vegetarian, vegan and raw vegan detox retreats in Italy and Switzerland, and also works with private clients online, tailoring sessions with care and precision.
