Nicholas Gauci

Nicholas Gauci is a professional pronunciation coach, actor, and agent with extensive experience across stage, screen, and voice. Specialising in accent softening for both actors and corporate clients, he combines a deep understanding of speech and phonetics with a practical, supportive teaching style. Trained at Drama Studio London in Ealing, Nicholas works as a screen and stage actor represented by the London-based co-operative agency, Actors’ Creative Team. His most notable stage credit is understudying at the National Theatre in Phaedra (2023), but Nicholas has also appeared on a number of high calibre TV shows, including Good Ship Murder (Channel 5), and The Bombing of Pan Am 103 (BBC). 

His coaching is informed by years of experience in both the performance and the language teaching industries, helping clients communicate with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. At City Academy, Nicholas teaches ‘Accent Softening for Actors’ and ‘Accent Softening for Business’, guiding students to neutralise their accents towards more universally understood speech, as well as help them to improve diction and build vocal presence.
