She has been enlisted on several talent programmes including the Future Filmmakers Scheme through the BFI, and Film London’s Microwave Feature Film Fund with her debut script. She was also granted sponsorship from her local council to run film workshops across her London borough, as well as a year-long archive project with Screen Heritage. As a Director she was one of the top five finalists in Pretzel Films Talented New Directors competition.
Siobhan has a reputation for creating unique work that focuses on people and places within the margins. She believes that often the most exciting stories come from the most unexpected places.
As a film teacher, Siobhan enjoys seeing her students reach their full potential and discover who they are as artists. Her classes are designed to make filmmaking both accessible and enjoyable for everyone, and to bring out the unique artistry within each individual.
