How will I be taught?

Level 3 courses are taught within groups and also incorporate solo masterclasses. Each week will begin with a thorough vocal warm up before going on to develop and apply key vocal techniques and approaches to develop your confidence and singing skills.

Students will have the opportunity to sing a broad range of repertoire each week.  Your voice will grow in strength and flexibility and you’ll gain a sense of control and confidence when singing. Best of all, you’ll have a lot of fun, and meet like-minded new people.

By the end of the course, what will I have achieved?

Students will have:

  • Developed confidence in their vocal ability, improving range and tone.
  • Gained further insight into their individual instrument, movement and vocal health.
  • Explored key elements of their chosen genre i.e. improvisation, lyrical interpretation, musicality, interaction with accompaniment.
  • Demonstrated learnt technique within an informal sharing to friends and family on the final session.

After I complete this course, what are the next steps in my training?

Students may wish to repeat Level 3 within another genre to further their performance and musicianship skills.
