Acting

Titania Krimpas is a director, playwright and tutor. She was awarded the position of Trainee Director at Salisbury Playhouse Shared Experience by Arts Council England and she holds an MA in Writing for Young People. She also trained at Birmingham University and Central School of Speech & Drama.

Her top Directing credits include; The Goose Who Flew (Half Moon), The Rhythm Method (The Stable), The Girl & the Giraffe (Half Moon) and How to Beat a Giant (Unicorn). She has assisted at Lyric Hammersmith, Young Vic, RSC, Shared Experience, Salisbury Festival and Salisbury Playhouse.

With several years of experience as an acting tutor, Titania builds classes that are workshop or rehearsal-based with a focus on exploration, detail and trying new things. She is a particular expert in making Shakespeare accessible and working on physical, fun and poetic ways to perform.

She edits for literary consultancy, Cornerstones, and writes contemporary fiction.
