Nicky Henshall trained at the Royal Ballet School and have performed and toured extensively as a dancer. In addition to her 6 years performing with the English National Ballet, Nicky has also appeared in several West End shows and worked closely with choreographers such as Akram Khan.

As a ballet instructor Nicky wants her students to leave her classes with a better understanding of their own bodies. Her classes focuses on musicality, coordination and enjoyment. She loves seeing improvement from her students and offering them the knowledge she has built up over years as a professional dancer.

Nicky has recently performed in An American in Paris in the West End.
