Sarah Rowe

Sarah began dancing at age eight, training in tap, jazz, contemporary, and ballet. She performed widely throughout her youth, earning recognition in solo competitions and stage productions. As an adult, she discovered an equal passion for salsa and has since taught and performed at major events, including the One Dance Latin Festival, the Marrakech Salsa Congress, and the Berlin Salsa Congress.

Since becoming a mother, Sarah has stepped back from performing to focus more intentionally on teaching—a shift that has strengthened her dedication to supporting students and celebrating their growth.

In the studio, she blends strong technical foundations with a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Known for her approachable and encouraging style, Sarah finds true joy in sharing her love of dance.
