Bio

Conchita used the Pilates Method to complement her professional dancing career with Ballet Rambert, Scottish Ballet, London City Ballet, Ballet International, Royal Opera Ballet and other companies in England and abroad. She has performed with Margot Fonteyn and Rudolf Nureyev, and partnered Wayne Sleep. She has also danced and choreographed for trade shows, pop videos, films, television programmes and TV commercials. She taught Pilates and Classical Ballet to the dance students at the London Studio Centre for 29 years from 1984-2013.

Conchita is a fully qualified Craniosacral Therapist, and Ballet teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance. She still performs and teaches Classical, Regional and Flamenco dancing, and is a member and an international examiner for the International Spanish Dance Society.
