Bio

Madeleine trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, graduating with Distinction from the MA Acting programme after previously studying Classics at Oxford. Since then, she has built a varied career across stage and screen, with leading roles in the West End and television.

Her credits include Delphi in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Romaine in Witness for the Prosecution, and series regular Eliza in Miss Austen for BBC One and Masterpiece PBS. In 2026, she is also appearing in upcoming television guest lead roles for Disney+ and BritBox.

Alongside her professional acting work, Madeleine sits on audition panels for Central’s MA Acting programme and is the resident yoga teacher at Associated Studios. This gives her a strong understanding of contemporary drama school training, audition technique and the demands placed on working actors.

In her classes, Madeleine creates a playful and collaborative environment that helps students develop greater freedom, presence and confidence. She continues to develop her own practice through Act Without Acting and brings that ongoing exploration into her teaching, supporting both experienced actors and newcomers in building a more instinctive and expansive approach to performance.
