Joining the Swing Dance Company

Congratulations on being invited to join the Swing Dance Company.

The Swing Company rehearse weekly and perform regularly throughout the year. 

How to join?
  • You have been accepted onto the Company after taking an introductory class or be invited to join the Company directly by Holly France
  • Start your membership by booking onto our membership plan in the "Booking & Timetable" section.
  • Attend your first session of the Company
Company Membership
  • Choose between a monthly membership of £80.00, or an annual of £864.00
  • There is a minimum membership period of 3 months
  • The membership cost covers you for all rehearsals and shows for the duration of your membership
  • The Company rehearses throughout the year, with a 2-week holiday in the summer and over Christmas
  • Please note: there may be some additional costs for your costumes for the shows

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Membership Subscription Details 

Membership to the Company will cover you for all classes, rehearsals and all shows from your joining date. The Company rehearses throughout the year, with the following breaks: Easter (one week break), Summer (3-week break) and Christmas.

To make membership fees more manageable, these breaks are accounted for within your monthly instalments across the year. This means there are no breaks in your monthly payments.

Online & Phone Bookings

Online – To book your selected class/course online, just click Book Now next to your chosen class/course.

Cash & Cheque Payments

Cash - You are welcome to pay cash, just come and see us at our office: City Academy, 38 Rosebery Avenue, London, EC1R 4RN
Cheque - You can also pay by cheque by filling out this form (click here) and posting it to the address above.

Cancellations Policy

We offer a full refund or full credit if you cancel at least 72 hours before your first Company rehearsal.
We cannot offer any refund if you cancel less than 72 hours before your first Company rehearsal.

Please see Membership Subscription Details (above) for information on when and how you can cancel your ongoing subscription, once you have already started the Jazz Dance Company.

No Venue

All City Academy tutors are experienced professionals from theatre, film/TV and performance industries. So whilst they're training you they may also be rehearsing for a West End show or working on a movie. We like that and we do believe it makes a difference in class.
